Re: COVID Update for the Week of November 19, 2021

To our Facility Community,

I wish you all the best as you prepare for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. We have been working hard here at the Facility to ensure that we have everything ready to make this time special for our residents. Please know that we are open for visitation and will welcome you all to please come and join your loved ones for some holiday cheer.

We will be working very hard to keep COVID-19 from entering our Facility during the holiday season. This means that all of our visits will require screening, PPE, and additional precautions to keep everyone safe. Please make sure that you are taking proper precautions at home and that you stay home if you are feeling any symptoms.

We have, and continue to make the vaccine available to our staff, family, and friends. All staff who are not yet vaccinated are being tested at least weekly. Staff are cooperating with our efforts and doing everything they can to keep you and your loved one as safe as possible.  We are also working through the Federal vaccine mandate and will comply with all applicable rules.

Booster shots are also widely available to vulnerable groups. If you received your vaccine in the early parts of this year, please consider speaking with your doctor.

We will keep you up-to-date with all developments.

Thank you,

 Ruth Huber
